Founders Vincent and Sophia Nooren have 20 years experience in the accountancy / automation and 14 years experience in the employment industry. Together they combined their knowledge, ideals and beliefs combined to create a new tempory employment formula. Wanting to make a difference was the drive. For the rollout of ICE they have been determined following principles:

  • Polish workers must have exact salaries as their Dutch collegue's because that is what ultimately the customer pays for. Good information is a MUST!
  • Housing must be good and we do not want to earn on that.
  • Services we want to extend to customers that wants to do or can do a lot by themselves. 
  • Honesty, personality and Decisiveness we find very important.
  • To build lasting relationships with customers and temporay employees we like to do our utmost! We like to be a good employer but we also expect good employeeship. For more than one reason is our slogan:
