Minimum wage as of January 1, 2010 increased
By January 1, the minimum wage is increased from € 8.07 to € 8.13 (> 23 years or older). For temporary workers this has usually no effect because the default ABU-wage remains higher, ie € 8.51. If a temporary worker is payed by a hirer with the minimum wage, this have to be changed! Note! in a 38 hour week is the minimum wage for 23 years and older € 8.55 and a 36-hour week is the minimum wage for 23 years and older € 9.02.
