ICE Agency is specialized in temporary employment in the logistics, technical, (food) production and agricultural sectors.
The focus is on international employees recruited abroad and in the Netherlands to provide our customers with the best possible service in the supply of flexible staff. To strengthen our team we are looking for an account manager. This employee is the connecting link between our company and our customers.

Responsibilities
As an account manager, you are the most important connection between clients and our job coaches and recruiters. You build long-term relationships with existing clients.
In addition, you ensure that files are in order and the hours of employees of your clients are processed weekly according to the guidelines. You support your clients by making schedules together, and completing challenges. You regularly discuss management reports. In this way you bear responsibility for optimal cooperation. In the account management team you are involved in the other labels.
What do we expect from you?
What makes you the perfect match?
- You have an Artra diploma (at least basic intercedent education) and/or have at least 2 years of relevant work experience (B2B/ customer contact and sales)
- You are representative, service-oriented, proactive and excellent in communication
- You have a good command of the Dutch and English language, both verbally and in writing
